Hi Mark,

Thanks very much for your speedy response to my need to have an overtall tree to be cut down before the stormy weather. Not only did your receptionist respond to my late night message by 9 the following morning, the quote was given by 12.30 and the tree cut down by 4 pm. Possibly a record. All the staff at Calibra were very personable, it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional team.

As I am sending this mail, it is extremely windy but at least I can relax thanks to the efforts of Calibra yesterday.

My only comment would be that it was quite difficult to get through to you on the telephone at the beginning of the process and it took several calls from my part.
